Used 14g (2 scoops) / 280 ml = 50g/litre, this is too weak, definitely bump the amount of coffee up next time. Other than that, a good brew.
Shoot for 18g next time, this is 65g/litre
## [[French Press Coffee]]
280ml French press volume (insulated stainless steel)
Using the [[Coffee, the Ultimate French Press Technique]]
[[Rave Coffee Signature Blend No 1]]
- 14g too weak, a little thin tasting, a note of astringency (barely)
- 18g strength much better, but missing some depth (maybe the coffee)
Hot water no stir, wait 4 mins, stir, wait 4 mins, plunge, serve (lots of sediment)
[[Rave Coffee Signature Blend No 1]]
- 20g too strong (or at least a strong liquorice taste), did get better, needs toning down
