|
[[Erin Mary Hodgetts|Erin]] and [[Jessica Louise Hodgetts|Jess]] went [[Hanley]] shopping yesterday, and when they got back Jess was showing me all the things she had bought (Lilo and stich bag, clip on ear rings from [[Claire's Accessories|Claire's Accessories]], clothes), and it struck me how much she's becoming a young woman. I'm beginning to see what will be her life long interests will be, the things that will shape her everyday life as an adult.

She loves a game called dress to impress (I think I've gotten that right), she also has this book where she does clothes/makeup for models, which she took into 'show and tell' at school last week--this is something she pushed for, it took no prompting from us, considering she can quite shy at times she seemingly has no issue standing up in front of an audience and talking/dancing/performing. She's also started to wear some makeup.
