## Today's reflection

The good/ and the bad
|
|
|
|
So far, the best session I've had [[Volunteering at Harplands Ward 1|volunteering]] at [[Harplands Hospital|Harplands]]. I surprised myself how I put myself out there, socially awkward, yes, or at least that's how I felt, but I did activity get myself in there.

[[Kevin 2025-11-07|Kevin]] didn't recognise me, however, I've only ever seen him twice before.
|
|
|
|
As [[Naomi 2025-10-10|nurse]] was showing me out and we were talking, I said 'service users' she said 'no they're patients and they know that' 'service users is for other combined health users'. I need to look this up, on [[Harplands Hospital Ward 1|Ward 1]] there seems to be a hierarchy, not [[Patient Centred Care|patient centred care]], they are the patient. Is this right? I don't agree with it. Can I change it?

[[Katie, Millie's Mum|Katie]] & [[Millie, Jess' friend|Millie]] came around tonight. Did I do enough to talk to Katie, I never feel like I do, but then I don't want to do too much so I guess it was adequate. |
