Ingredients
- 60-70g/litre of freshly ground Coffee
- Fresh clean soft water
Directions
- Grind coffee, medium grind, not course
- For consistency, weigh coffee with digital scales into press
- Pour boiled water on top of coffee
- Leave for four minutes
- With a spoon gently stir the coffee sitting on the top so that it sinks into the coffee
- Leave for 5 minutes
- Put the lid on the press and push to plunger down until it at the surface of the coffee
