## Ingredients

- 60-70g/litre of freshly ground [[Coffee|coffee]]
- Fresh clean **soft** water

## Directions

1. Grind coffee, medium grind, not course
2. For consistency, weigh coffee with digital scales into press
3. Pour boiled water on top of coffee
4. **Leave for four minutes**
5. With a spoon gently stir the coffee sitting on the top so that it sinks into the coffee
6. **Leave for 5 minutes**
7. Put the lid on the press and push to plunger down until it at the surface of the coffee
8. Pour your sludge and slit free coffee
