Took 54mg concerta instead of 20mg elvanse, just to see the difference before [[2025.12.19.We|Wednesday's]] medication review. I noticed the kick-in in the morning, more than elvanse, but I found myself not working on my assignment until around 6 hours in. This co-incised with the release profile peak. I noticed this and around 16:00 I crushed 15mg of Medikinet XL and took that. This seems to work quite well, and I was able to focus and actually write, without constant restarting and rewriting, over and over.

- I have a tendency to write a section, then rewrite it, then rewrite it again, then again, and so on. I end up generating pages of text, that's just going no where, stuck in the introduction.
