The main issue is switching from a high dopamine source to a low one, my brain just doesn't want to do. So I need to break the spell. Let's try some of these options.

Move your body/exercise.
|
||||
- this generates dopamine, I'll feel better for it. Use that boost as a spring board into tasks that I actually need to do
|
||||

Change my environment
|
||||
- Go to a public place to work, or get outdoors. Change things up.
|
||||
|
||||
Shift to 'low dopamine' transition tasks
|
||||
- Do dome mindless, but physical chore, doesn't have to be long. But get moving. and use that to transition.
