# Compress compile and consolidate
## compress 

Strip away the unnecessary information ie only read the 20% of the book that that gives you 80% of the information.
Connect the new information to already known information
Compress the information into something you can remember

## compile 

- Ultradian cycle. 90 minutes of learning then your brain must rest for at least 20 minutes
- Learn then test, learn then test, learn then test, do this quickly, 2 weeks max for each learn test.... 
- Teach to learn, teach the wall

## consolidate

Stage 1, focus
Stage 2, rest

Do rest at every macro level
- while in focus, stop, let your mind replay the information 
- during your 20 minute test period, do nothing, absolutely nothing, like down 
- get good sleep
