Some issues I had after installing [[Proxmox|Proxmox]] on my old [[Lenovo Thinkpad T440s]]

## ssd not recognised as being attached on boot

reseating would fix, also turning off fast boot
common issue with Lenovo's t440s and SSDs

## Losing connection to network

common issue with intel power saving and Linux in general. I added the two lines at the bottom to the following file:

/etc/network/interfaces

	# DISABLE THE HANG-CAUSING FEATURES:
