So I've been taking 30mg [[Elvanse]] for the past couple of months, it's not enough, so on some days I've been splitting a capsule in half and having 45mg, better, but not as good as [[Concerta]] 54mg. Because I've been burning through my supply, today I had my last dose of Elvanse, but I have a number of 40mg [[Medikinet]] left.

So, tomorrow I plan to take:

- 30mg in the morning
- 30mg 6 hours later.

This should give me 60mg over 14 hours. Lets see how it goes.
