- previously was put on 70mg of elvanse, but i found this too much
- ~2 week ago i stopped 70mg and started experimenting with lower doses
- my baseline, 30mg wasn't enough, and i think 50mg was the start of too much
- so i split the 70mg down into 40mg doses
- for the last week 40mg seems to working well
	- sleep has improved
	- appetite has returned during the day
	- i feel like me again, not flat and laser focussed on one thing
- Laura has done a follow on prescription for 40mg
- will have another review in one month
- will look to move to gp combined care after, if all okay
