- I missed the previous week ([[Erin Mary Hodgetts|Erin]] and girls were in [[Hornsea]] and I was lost in hyperfocus at home, [[me ADHD Medication|ADHD meds]] were too high)
- I actually felt useful this week
- I watched over [[Nathan 2025-11-28]] while he went out for a smoke
- I played chess with [[Mark 2025-11-28]], he's very good, and thought I was too (even though I lost all three games), but he enjoyed it, wants to play again next week
- [[Luke 2025-11-07]] had finally been discharged from the ward since y last visit
