+- previously was put on 70mg of elvanse, but i found this too much
+- ~2 week ago i stopped 70mg and started experimenting with lower doses
+- my baseline, 30mg wasn't enough, and i think 50mg was the start of too much
+- so i split the 70mg down into 40mg doses
+- for the last week 40mg seems to working well
+	- sleep has improved
+	- appetite has returned during the day
+	- i feel like me again, not flat and laser focussed on one thing
