I think the adhd meds make a big improvement when I feel ill. I felt like I had a cold yesterday, off side, runny nose, etc., then around tea time I went really down hill, flu like symptoms. The timing would coincide with my adhd meds wearing off. Again this morning, flu like symptoms still, an hour after I had ibuprofen and adhd meds I noticed a big improvement, ibuprofen helps, but this was way more than that alone. I went from wanting to lie down for the rest of the day to mowing the lawn! Huge improvement.

I just got quite a bit done today, what I thought was going to be a write off turned out okay
