+## Ingredients
+
+- 60-70g/litre of freshly ground [[Coffee|coffee]]
+- Fresh clean **soft** water
+
+## Directions
+
+1. Grind coffee, medium grind, not course
+2. For consistency, weigh coffee with digital scales into press
+3. Pour boiled water on top of coffee
+4. **Leave for four minutes**
+5. With a spoon gently stir the coffee sitting on the top so that it sinks into the coffee
+6. **Leave for 5 minutes**
+7. Put the lid on the press and push to plunger down until it at the surface of the coffee
+8. Pour your sludge and slit free coffee
+
