+- these two are used together for filtering bases.

+- This is used for high level linking

+- type: used in conjunction with the category in bases to filter
+together the above are for the base tables to organise things (references generally), people, organisations, etc

+The title is timestamped and can have a description, the contents are heavy linked
+- Type: Log. quick entry, cat: journal, type: log. <--- everything starts like this
+	- it's quick, at the time, thought out of head, into a note
+	- every week, few days, etc, revisit and link label, flesh out, delete (don't think I can do this)
+	- the 
+- Type: Diary/Reflection
+	- self explanatory, this isn't something that will develop over time, it's a core memory

+This is my body of knowledge it's self. It's mine. A Journal entry can be promoted to note with some work. The title isn't timestamped, it has it's own title.
